Founded in 1991 by Kevin Young, Morningstar Homes has earned a reputation for building homes that contain more quality for comparable prices than the competition. Morningstar Homes has primarily built homes in the high end eastern suburbs of Cleveland, including Moreland Hills, Pepper Pike, Orange Village, Solon, Hudson, Beachwood and Russell township.

As a result of his extensive background in commercial construction, Kevin commits to using higher quality materials than are often found on Spec homes. Low overhead and hands-on involvement in every area of the building process has enabled Morningstar to offer higher quality at competitive prices.

In 2003, Kevin’s son Seth joined the company. This enabled the business to grow number of homes built…without sacrificing any advantages of a custom home This partnership also provided Morningstar Homes with the ability to develop The Villas of Emerald Woods, a 34 unit condominium development, in Solon.
